What if…?

The questions landlords ask us first

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, just ask.

Working professionals and contractors, usually on stays of a few weeks or months. No party lets and no large groups. Every guest is checked before booking and agrees to clear house rules.
The property is cleaned and checked between stays, so problems are spotted early. The lease sets out who’s responsible for what, and the property is returned in the condition agreed at the start, allowing for fair wear and tear.
OFG pays utilities, council tax and broadband for the length of the lease, so there’s nothing for you to manage.
No. You receive the agreed rent in full. We earn our income from running the property, not from you.
Typically 3-5 years. We’ll agree the term and any break clause with you before anything is signed.
Of course. Just let us know and we’ll arrange a time around bookings. We’ll also keep you updated in the way that suits you.

I’m Rachel, founder of OFG, and I’m based here on the Wirral. I started OFG to give landlords a calmer, more straightforward way to let their property, and I only take on homes where the numbers and the relationship work for both of us.
